Two months on no cash back and been told no timescale so I should just be patient. This is not good customer service or good business practice. I don’t mind waiting but to be told to wait indefinitely is not on.

Order placed in October 2019. Finally changed status to 'confirmed' a couple of weeks ago. But still waiting for the £125 cash back to become available to me. Contacted customer services but just receive generic response. Contacted BT 24hrs ago and they said it will be resolved with 48hrs...... we'll see! I am not holding out much hope. BT customer service also mentioned something about the claim expiring in a few days - I really hope this is not true!
