absolutely ridiculous to get cash back, i have waited 5 months and still have not received anything, they gave me the wrong amount and after sending in screenshots, BT are claiming it is the correct amount, wouldn't waste your time

it says "faster paying estimate 9 weeks" but its nothing like that. Its been months and its only just gone to confirmed. So I would expect to wait a lot longer than the "average".
