I got all the advertised cashback and slightly under the estimated payable time it sat in confirmed for a long time which was a little frustraighting.

Brilliant took awhile from beingbcinfirmed to payable but I orderd mid December ish so I couldn't get a install date till Jan but whoke thing went smoothly no problems with losing survice on change over date even though they changed date toba few days after original install date plus BT also give a £100 pre paid visa if u get fibre or £50 for normal dont do fibre in my area so got normal haven't received card yet as same again cant claim till service is live they said ut was last day for offer when I signed up but looks like they r doing theboffer again so grab a load ofbcashback plus extra £100/£50 5 *[* service am also thin

Not impressed - I am still awaiting my payment which is just sitting at 'confirmed' to top it off the pre paid credit card which you are supposed to receive within 30 days has still not arrived after 41 days....Seems to be more hassle than it's worth to try and get in touch with anyone from Topcashback or BT. I'm not one to complain but I'm really unimpressed with this.

Hey, I can see your estimated payable date hasn’t quite reached yet. As this is an estimate it can sometimes take a couple of weeks longer. In regards to any other non-cashback offers you will need to speak with the merchant about this. Best wishes, TopCashback Support

Very poor overall service. Phone changed over on 9/11/15 but broadband was a month later. Still waiting for cashback on the 14 February though it has been at confirmed status for quite a while.

Awful. Refused cashback as they said the order was cancelled. Even though we pay BT for the provision of phone line and broadband through the contract! Maybe we should refuse to pay as we have no trace of the contract!!

Awful company. Beset with delays and refusal of cashback claim which is taking ages to solve. If you look on BT's forum you will see lots of equally disgruntled customers who have had cash back denied for no reason. Full broadband and TV package ordered.

If you decide to sign up with BT do not change the go live date for whatever service you are going for. BT systems do not recognise the change of date for cahback purposes - cashback will be declined. If you do have this problem dont bother contacting Topcashback just go on the BT members forum and one of the moderators will sort it out. BT paid out very quickly when I took this approach - so five stars in the end.

Hey, If cashback gets declined please lodge a claim through us. We will then query this and if it was just a change of installation date I am sure the merchant would be willing to pay the cashback. We would advise members not to contact the merchant directly as this can cause them queries that could have been prevented by speaking with us. Best wishes, TopCashback Support

Cashback declined even though I followed the cashback process to the letter (have already got over £400 cashback over the last couple of years so I know how to use the system). Not impressed.
