I am sorry to hear your claim was declined. It is not always a merchant who declines a claim; this can be done by the cashback network if we are not deemed as the last referrer of the transaction. This normally means that another source has been paid the commission you were expecting. To reduce the chance of this happening we do advise members to clear cookies and cache before logging in to make a purchase.
