Dont trust BT - they rejected claim without clarification, only site used to order was via topcashback

Hey, I am sorry to hear your claim was declined. It is not always a merchant who declines a claim; this can be done by the cashback network if we are not deemed as the last referrer of the transaction. This normally means that another source has been paid the commission you were expecting. Twice the broadband speed I was getting with Talk Talk. Tracked quick and paid out within a few weeks of change over. Very happy. Very good cashback amount.

Received the cashback without any issues whatsoever however BT were offering an £80 Sainsbury's Voucher in addition to the cashback at the time but BT have flatly refused to honour this deal, in one email saying I didn't qualify and another email saying the offer didn't exist!

Declined my claim for £189 for transferring my landline & broadband service from talktalk despite confirming a transaction for £42 for taking out an additional SIM only deal the day after! Be aware!

Absolutely the worst. Hate BT, they offered £189 cashback on new contracts. Declined the cashback and wouldn't even accept a TCB appeal. Now i'm stuck with this con merchant for another 13 months paying £45 pm. Avoid!!!

Watch out for this lot. You place the order as a new customer, and its in time with the cashback and the offer times, all goes through OK, brilliant! - then their wonderful renowned out of country call centers get involved in the order, botch it all up - end up cancelling the order incorrectly (even though it was them who cancelled it in error), then after complaining that they have messed up they re-instate the order (with a new order number - ofcourse) - oh yes so, now not going through the cashback system. Round of applause BT one way of making sure you don't have to payout cashback. So far over all not a good experience at all. Do yourself a favour, steer clear!!!

Couldn't believe how easy it was to earn cashback from BT. I'll be using Topcashback in future when purchasing from major retailers online and I suggest everyone else does too

Transaction tracked and paid lower than advertised, but TCB's claim procedure corrected it without fuss. With £100 Sainsburys gift card as well as £100 cashback, moving to BT was a no-brainer.

Textbook sign-up as a new customer followed by excessively long tracking period and then completely inexplicable decline. Chasing but Im not sure what could have gone wrong as I followed instructions very clearly.

Hey, The referrer is decided on by the cookies on your device. If these show another website or referrer referred you to make the purchase they will be paid rather than us I am afraid.
