Hey,
I am sorry you had to lodge a claim for this transaction. The merchant themselves cannot force a transaction to track correctly straight away however, if you clear your cookies and cache before logging in and disable ad blockers it can reduce the chance of a transaction not tracking as we would hope. I am glad that you have now got the expected rate of cashback tracking and I do hope it’s not too long now before your transaction progresses to payable.
