I ordered the complete package from BT (phone/broadband/vision) via the link on topcashback site. IN OCTOBER 2008 I received emailed and txt confimrations direct from BT confirming my order for all three elements. When I hadnt heard anything re the install a week, later, I called BT, they couldnt trace the order, so I submitted the request again (online via topcashback site) Same thing happened, and so when I called BT they put the order in on the phone. That's when it became more trouble than it's been worth! BT got the whole order wrong, I now have 3 direct debits, the service has been dreadful. AND BT WITHDREW MY CASHBACK ON TOPCASHBACK WHICH I AM ENTITLED TO AS I PLACED THE ORDER WITH BT VIA THE SITE!!!!!!!!!!!

Although the transaction tracked immmediately with a zero amount, it has never moved to confirmed. Weeks later nothing has been confirmed let alone received. I have submitted a missing commission claim but am very disappointed as the £50 incentive was a big reason for switching provider.

Tracked very quickly (under 12 hours) and all I did was order it for a friend! BT due to switch it on in 2 weeks time.

Easy to order online. The Hub arrived on the day of switch over and I received a text to confirm switch over. The Hub is very easy to set up and use. Cash back was in the pending list within 2 days. Now waiting for confirmation. I will update when this happens.

I ordered the broadband before christmas and got a confirmation of the activiation date later. The broadband activiated on 5th January. Having submitted a missing track cash back enquiry and got the cash back to be manually tracked, now BT declined the commission for no apparent reasons. I am now waiting further news from the Top Cash Back admin team to submit a declined commission to BT. Not a happy bunny.

i am with bt for last 12 months and never had a problem.it was very easy to setup and use.the security is perfect for online banking and purchase.the customer service has improved a lot ,as it is handled by very patient experts from other countries and not from uk.

I am not at all happy with BT broadband and will be changing my provider as soon as possible. there tech support is none exsistant and their complaints department is even worse. i pitty anyone who signs up with them, feel free to email me if you would like more details! claire@keyworks-locksmiths.co.uk
