waiting for my cashback for 10 months now! Had to submit a claim manually as nothing tracked initially, then it went to declined with no explanation. TCB raised a query and £50 went to confirmed after a few weeks with a payment date of 300909. Guess what?! Nothing has been received.

Although this transaction tracked almost immediately, it did so with a zero amount, it has never changed to the true value. Surprisingly, it's actually become "payable". I think I'll be going on a world cruise with this!!!

Sorry to say, I'd avoid them, after all £50 is nothing to a company this size.

Ordered broadband and BT vision in March, payment was due at the end of May and i am still waiting for payment.I have now been told to wait until the middle of July and top cash back will look into it again for me.
BT have also messed up every bill since joining so altogether not worth it, but BT vision is good.
