tracked straight away and painless transition from old provider to BT, so far so good.
It appears from the reviews that getting the cash back is proving somewhat more difficult. Mine is still in pending - 6 weeks since it tracked. Let's hope they pay up in the end.

Looks like the cashback promoted on this site is misleading. This site says BT Broadband and Calls = cashback of £60! Looks like £15 has been allocated to me so far.
I've contacted the site and so far no response!
I'd be very careful how you take the cashback from this site into consideration when considering which supplier you use.

Unfortunately we were kept waiting by BT for a simple 10 minute broadband connection to be made after they had already connected our line weeks earier! An email to thm requesting a speedier connection was responsed in a very negative and blunt manner. No other service is available to us in our area otherwise I would have cancelled my order.

This is to let you know that the amount of £45.50 for Broadband occurs twice on my account, 3 & 4 November. It should only have gone through once, on the 4th November. Can you have the amjount of £45.50 removed from my account and I can then claim the amount due to me.
