Quite happy with equipment and reliability of service. NOT happy with level of customer service setting up the account as they cancelled my first attempt without tellin me then mucked up the e-mail side of things on my new order. No-one kept me up to date despite promising to, and I spent a LOT of time on the phone to India trting to get things sorted. As long as you keep tabs on everything you should be OK, but if you spot anything untoward during the order process, follow it up immediately and don;t assume BT will do anything about it.

Don't know what went wrong with this one. Got cash back showing in my account but still waiting for my broadbannd connection one week on. After phone callI am told it will be another 2 weeks before engineer can get down to fix broblem.

do not buy absolutely useless, signed up for 12 months, they have now told me im on 18 months so trying to cancel but they want to charge me £45 + remainder of contract.

BT experience very poor, firstly lost our order, then failed to come and install when had booked to come, left us waiting for a day. Then turned up on another day totally unannounced when was at work. Totally unprofessional.
Cancelled order and went with BE.
