I ordered a BT Broadband paskage via Topcashback as they were offering £65 cashback.However I have only been credited £45 cashback so I am not happy!

have not recieved the full cashback amount; have only recieved £45 instead of the stated £60 at the time. the order was soprted quickly; just the waiting for the engineer! 3 weeks is a joke, all he had to do was plug in a phone and ring a few numbers! But what can you do i suppose

Just awful from start to finish. Cashback not as much as expected - I have only received £45 for Broadband and Calls.
Also my phone order was cancelled by BT without my knowledge so engineer did not visit as stated in my 'order confirmed' email. Finally got a new date and engineer did arrive. Phone was connected but Broadband cancelled a second time without my knowledge (BT admitted eventually that this was their fault).
Spent hours on the phone to non-UK call centres - sometimes I could not understand what the person was saying (and vice versa) and on more than one occasion was told outright lies regarding my connection status.
Took nearly a month to be fully connected. The quality of Broadband is not great either - very slow at times. All in all a thoroughly naff purchase - and I've got 15 months of a contract remaining. I will NEVER recommend BT.

Bought phone and broadband, only tracked as broadband even though was all part of one package which was the two inclusive. Lost out on £20 cashback, not happy

I also had incorrect amount credited £45 instead of £65 as advertised for broadband and calls. Hope this will be sorted out. But then maybe i have made a BIG!!!!!!!!!!! mistake going back to BT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Had big problems on the first day and still have not received my modem!!!!!
we will see!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BE WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
