Don't join BT broadband if you have a domain and want to transfer it in. Spent about 2 hours on the phone trying to find a BT CS agent who understood that people can own domains, but no one did, so I had to cancel and go to another ISP.

Cashback tracked quickly but at half expected amount. Manual claim uplifted this. BT Infinity broadband not as fast as expected, and throttled...be warned.

Very positive, though the box did not arrive due to snow! Customer services were very professional in the way they dealt with our query.

Cashback tracked and paid for me very quickly which is a result. Great. That's the only positive thing I can write. BT customer service is a joke - it's full of Indian Call centre staff who can't help you with any problems. The customer service you get from BT is less than useless. READ OTHER REVIEWERS - IF YOU WANT HASSLE FREE SERVICE - AVOID BT!!!

Tracked ok and have just requested payment although Topcashback take a further week to payout after waiting for the cashback to become payable. Perhaps Topcashback should sign up for the faster payment service that most banks use now??? just a though.

Took just 2 months to become payable. £90 was a good deal but the broadband service I get is dreadful, afraid I'll have to live with this for some time much to my annoyance.

Dream choice for Cash Back. They do what they say on the tin. Switch over and transition was un-noticeable as they transferred us to their line on the same day, and we lost no internet connection either! Highly recommended!

Was due to be connected on the 1st October, my telephone was connected that date and 6 weeks later we are still not connected to broadband have had to make "endless phone calls with a promise someone will call me back which they never do". It has been such a stressful time. Sometimes I wish I had never botherd to switch.

The cashback offered for broadband + calls was£101.00 but i have only received £66.30 and do not understand why this is,i have looked everywere on the cashback site for a way to contact them about this but cannot find a direct phone number or email address to ask about this, i have tried using the enquiry part of the site but do not get an answer to my questions,if i cannot find away to contact them then i will delete the site from my computer and pass on what has happened to me while using the cashback site.

Joined the new BT Infinity broadband & it is amazingly fast. Cashback tracked within hours, just need to wait a while for them to do their check & then £65 is mine!!!
