Shocking customer service. Cut me off from existing telephone provider, then took them 6 weeks to connect me to their service, yet still charged me for the line rental. Promised Infinity speed currently less than 1/2 what it should be. Advice is don't change your existing provider if you are happy.

Hi, Intalled with no problem, great communication, cash back tracked withing a week, am still waiting for money BUT! if you check the stats before applying it normally takes about 2-3 months for this supplier so am very happy :O)

3 months in, the BT Broadband deal and service has been good. Quick and easy to set up and prompt help and refund when there was a minor billing problem. Cashback tracked and got retailer confirmation quickly, but 3 Months on I am still waiting for BT to actually release the payment. Too slow!

Had to book the installation twice as the first was cancelled but nobody told me until I received a text on my mobile 2 days before it was due to be done, and my existing supplier had already disconnected me! To be fair the problem was with my existing supplier (Virgin) who originally said the original telephone number couldn't be transferred as I was still under contract with them, WRONG! Having said that, BT still could have informed me earlier

BT, while polite and friendly, still can't get their act together between their three divisions, which results in confusion, mis-communication and intense annoyance but they're the only ones who offer high speed ADSL (Infinity) so it's Hobson's choice. Cashback amount is great though.Can't rate Topcashback on this because still waiting for cashback.

The cashback looks good but don't be tempted to deal with BT; their incompetence is breathtaking. I have neither the time nor the will to go into the details of what went wrong with my order but everything did. I read the reviews before I took the plunge and wish I'd taken more notice of all the negative feedback. Still, when I receive the cashback I s'pose I could buy some stress counselling ...

BT are a disgrace. Ordered a phone line but then cancelled it prior to any work being done/line being installed. I checked that this was in order and would not cost me anything. I have spent the past two months and a number of long phone calls at my expense arguing with them about the £38 they are trying to make me pay- for a service they never supplied me with. Their records were completely wrong and their customer service was disgusting. I will never use BT!!!!

I was in the process of going through with line activation to gain a cashback of £25.25 for calls/lines. It seemed appealing as I already have a line in place and is with BT, there is a dial tone and line tests tell me what my number is. It only needs activation. However when going through the order online BT automatically placed my order for the new line £30 connection offer (normally £130) and 18 months minimum term. I dont want the new connection offer and I dont want 18 month term. I simply want a 12 month with standard connection so I can have Saver Line Rental for £10 which YOU CANT HAVE if you have the connection offer with 18 month term.
