Previous nightmares of supplier switching seem to be over if they are all going like this - everyhting went to plan and BT have their act together- automated calls and texts to remind you to be in for the engineer visit may be a nuisance to some but a godsend to others- switchover no problem at all and a good cashback deal as well - the real killer for me is BT's open Wi-fi when you are out and about.

Tracked quickly at the very generous amount expected and it was confirmed last week, but has now become payable at £0. I still (unfortunately!!) have the phone & broadband contract, so can't see any reason for the change in cashback amount. They did mess up my order, meaning that my prepayment for a year's line rental didn't go through and it took me several phone calls, an email and a complaint letter to sort it out. I have raised a claim through TopCashBack in the hope that it can be sorted out.
The broadband connection isn't the most reliable - it occasionally just disappears for a few hours, which is very unhelpful if you're in the middle of something. I'm stuck with an 18 month contract, so there's still time for things to improve, but so far BT are not filling me with confidence!

Transaction did not track initially. Issued a ticket and now have the £100 pending. Really pleased that I changed to the springdeal that they have been running of 4 months free and £13 a month, paying the Line Rental up front (£10pm) plus the added bonus of £100. Cashback, brilliant. Phone BB & LR for £10pm. Thanks TCB

Top rated, BT have come along way from the slow response and lack of communications of years ago, i was kept in the picture and updated on install of broadband right from the second i pressed the order button.

I had to ask topcashback to chase BT because they didn't track my order for about 6 weeks and then they said they wouldn't pay anything. Topcashback have obviously been in touch as BT are now stating that I will be paid £65. It remains to be seen whether I actually ever see the money though! Generally unhappy with BT, but not with topcashback.

Signed up for BT Infinity March 2011, the £50.50 cashback offer tracked the same day but will not become payable until August 2011, that's a 6 month wait, 3 months longer than it's supposed to take.
As fo the BT Infinity broadband experience, I'm very happy with the service, getting 37.5 Mbit/sec downloads, and 8.5 Mbit/sec uploads.

Supplied with the new BT hub with works excellent ,signal is brilliant and much stronger than the Orange livebox that i was using before plus with BT i also get free access to the BTfon wifi network when out and about.really pleased that i changed to the springdeal that they have been running of 4 months free and £13 a month plus the added bonus of £50.50 CASHBACK, BRILLIANT
