2nd time I've tried to purchase broadband product from BT via TopCashBack, both times BT state the order was not fully completed and needs to be cancelled and raised again over the phone - hence without cashback!
Don't bother!

Been over three months since I ordered with BT and payment still has not been credited to my TCB account. Been confirmed for weeks and now passed the estimated payable date.
Cashback value was good, but the wait is too long to get it.

The only issue with this very smooth transfer was the planned arrival of my router on the changeover day- as no one was in, the router went to the post office and could not be collected for 24 hours. The earliest I could get there was 48 hours (7am this morning!)- if the router had been sent 1 or better 2 days earlier I would be as pleased as can be.

Cashback did not track at first but was added after submitting a manual claim. although payable date has been extended to 2 extra months? now have to wait 5 months to validate the transaction.

Choosing BT for my Internet connection and landline led to some of the most stresful experiences of my life. The painful story is too long to tell in full; in short it was several weeks before I had both Internet and phone at the same time - connecting one seemed to disconnect the other, and complaining that one was not working also resulted in neither being available for days at a time. Billings were wrong, and I had to set up my direct debit several times. Disonnection was threatened for non-payment, but I had set up direct debits. Would I recommend BT to anyone? The answer is a resounding "NO".

So easy, the home hub arrived exactly when they said it would. I received email and text alerts to let me know the progress of my order. The home hub was so easy to install.

BT are an absolute nightmare to deal with. Only wish I could tell them what to do with their service. Late delivery of hub, missed appointments, lack of interest by staff, unkept promises, the list of problems is endless. NOT RECOMMENDED.

"Just give us a MAC code and we'll do the rest". Yeah, right! Cashback tracking for Phone and Broadband switch was about the only quick thing to happen. Filled in the order form with all my details, chose an email address and password, they ignored it and gave me a completely different one which I then had to change back later, as well as a completely random password (which they didn't send me by post/email anyway as promised).
As with most forms you enter Mother's maiden name, they ignored this as well and put "not Konwn" (yes, they even spelled it wrong too!) So when it came contacting them (NOT UK CALL CENTRE!!) to change my own details it appeared I didn't even know my own mother's maiden name! What a joke!
Then it took 5 days to get 1571 and caller display on my phone because some numbty didn't add it at the order stage. All sorted now, and I will be saving £185 this year on bills but be aware that it might not be a seamless transition from your old provider.

I changed my broadband provided from Orange to BT Infinity. As this is a one off purchase and i have yet to start my service with BT I have marked the re-visit and product quality scores as no-vote.

Good level of cashback. Waiting for phone / broadband to be switched over. Tracked quickly though but don't expect to be paid until broadband is set up.
