Ordered broadband through BT to get the cash back. Expected £80 but tracked as 0.00. Very poor! Raised a missing claim with tcb. Hope I get the money I was expecting!! Also applied for my £100 gift card. Hope they send this?!

Excellent experience. £151 tracked within a day and became payable 2 weeks after service went live! Can't fault them.

Promised £202 cashback. £80 paid. Very poor. Service from BT also not great with cancelled initial appointment at very short notice.

Nothing tracked after purchase. Made a claim to TCB, received response quickly, but the result was - declined!! In fact, I purchased not only 18-month broadband contract, but also a year's line rental at the same time!! BT is the worst broadband provider I've come across in terms of service. I've had enough terrible experience with the company since i join it. If I had choice, I would never choose BT.

Promised £100 sainsburys gift card, only got 25. when i got in touch they gave me a bunch of "blah blah qualifying dates" even tho when i signed up and clicked on the claim it read £100. internets not the best but its better than sky.

This transaction has failed in every way possible. I left Plusnet for this rubbish: - Transaction did not track. - Unable to claim for the full amount offered for the purchase. - Sainsburys voucher lost in space. - Phone (possibly) provisioned but no confirmation. - BT hinted that the telephone number might change - no idea if it has. - My order for Fiber broadband has disappeared off the system. - My order for BT vision has disappeared off the system. - I tried to fill out the BT web form to comment on their service however the form does not work because I do not know/they have not told me my BT account number. As an alternative I can tell them how many calls I made in the last month (on the line that does not work, on the number that I do not know).

Absolutely terrible company tried to order 5 times took my money then cancelled my order days after I should of received my equipment 30 days for a refund avoid at all cost never used bt before and I probably never will

Been waiting since September, lodged a claim but BT hasn't bothered. What makes matters even worse is all the hassles I know have with my internet and I signed up for an 18 month contract - should have stayed with Virgin!!

Placed the order online, was phoned to request the MAC number. Called back and there was no record of my order. After 3 phone calls and checking with the online chat team, it was confirmed I would have to re-order. Have no idea where I stand re-ordering, whether or not I would qualify for cashback. Cashback now dropped to £10.10. Utterly ridiculous that my order was lost.

Ordered saturday, topcashback tracked nicely at correct amount £80.80. Unfortunately bt have been hopeless. Monday they changed my delivery date, Tuesday they cancelled my order and asked me to reorder tomorrow (it takes all night to cancel my original order!) unfortunately cash back will only be £5 and the Sainsbury voucher is now only £50 (down from 100). I think I am going to stick with virgin media! For bts sake I hope I am a one off glitch, no consolation for me though.

Been waiting since September, still no cash back. Lodged claim, which is waiting for a response from merchant. On top of that, really unhappy with BT - should have satyed with Virgin (more problems with broadband in 3 months than i had in the over 3 years of being with Virgin)

Cashback won't work if you don't have BT line already cause even you order both online, BT will not accept broadband order until the line is ready. You'll have to contact BT again to proceed the broadband order, which I did through phone ( I called to find out the progress of broadband order, only to be told it didn't exist even I got order number) and therefore not qualified for cashback.

In terms of the process of transferring to BT it has been faultless with everything running very smoothly, including receiving the Sainsburys gift card when expected. My only gripe (which I think is quite important as this is cash back site) is that I am still waiting for the cash back to be payable nearly 4 months after order confirmation. Hopefully I won't be waiting much longer.

It has been over 3 months since ordering my broadband, still no cash back and still Sainsbury voucher from BT either. Seems like a bit of a scam. If I have nothing in another 2 weeks I will be cancelling my broadband due to being mis sold products! Disgraceful!

2nd time I've tried to purchase broadband product from BT via TopCashBack, both times BT state the order was not fully completed and needs to be cancelled and raised again over the phone - hence without cashback! Don't bother!
