BT never awarded me cashback at all even doh i did use the correct way to claim they said another party got the cashback when i clicked on BT it opened up a new window i purchased what i wanted was supposed to receive £84 cashback and £100 sainsburys gift card i did get the gift card but i believe BT have avoided paying me the cashback very dissapointed with this

Absolutely terrible! BT automatically cancel my order which I placed through clicking from TopCashback! When I called to ask why my order was cancelled without even checking with me first, they tried to sell me over the phone!!! Unbelievable! If I wanted to buy over the phone I know which number to call in the first place...

After almost one year the cashback has finally been declined. The auto-email gave various possibilities for the declination however each one is nonsense. The Sainsburys gift voucher was declined as well. The package (TV, phone, Broadband) was a complete f-up as well so I guess that the cashback was declined just to complete a total screw-up.

Avoid at all costs. Cash back declined for me as I had to visit the site several times before purchasing due to a bug in BT's form. BT refused to investigate my case and provided a bulk response. Disappointing as I've been using this site for years and never had cash back declined before.

Bought BT Infinity package and expecting £110 cashback. This has been declined although I didn't break any rules. Phone line separate from Broadband so orders seem to be being dealt with as unrelated. No trace of my Broadband order on my BT online account. Wished I hadn't bothered with this now and stuck with Plusnet.

Bt didn't payout as "apparently it was paid to another provider". Although all tracking was there with topcashback, im not sure that it happened to vanish as it was a high amount but i would be suggesting people use a different cash back site, one that would be more willing to help in these situations, i have asked for a way of contacting the department that tcb dealt with at bt, but not had a reply to this, although up until i asked this i was being replied to daily, sometimes twice a day, i agree with something someone else said - they shrug their shoulders and just say there's nothing we can do. This type of thing happens way to often with tcb.

Predicatable scenario…..used Topcashback, BT installation process a nightmare, no cash back paid despite chasing the £80 with Topcashback. Guess who will be leaving BT at end of contract! As for Topcashback - depends on whether I get the info I have asked for - which I doubt.

BT didn't payout and refused to state why. In these instances because Topcashback have absolutely no power with any of the merchants they represent and are looked upon by the merchants as a necessary evil, they shrug their shoulders and just say there's nothing we can do. This type of thing happens way to often with TCB.

Tracked immediately, very poor service from BT getting activated taking 2 weeks longer than their activation date due to them messing up the phone lines but has now moved straight to payable a week since my phone & broadband went live. Good rate at £80 cashback + sainsburys voucher making the overall price the best in comparison to the other major providers in my area (no cable or high speed here yet).

Ordered phone and broadband 3 times through cashback. Each time, they 'lost' the order. Amazingly it worked fine when the 85 pound deal had finished!

Never had a problem with using top cash back in 3 years. Did the same as with my previous purchases and researched the best option for me via a comparison site and checked the cash back on top cash back. Presently surprised with £80.00 cash back so went to the BT website via top cash back. Didn't hear anything so lodged a query after 2 months, which was rejected because I had been on the comparison site the same day. This was not explained in the terms even though they have now changed them to reference this. While I will continue to use top cash back would not use for BT again. Very disappointed.

I ordered BT Infinity 2 with weekend calls on the 3rd November and it was all installed without issue on the 22nd. I've come back to check on the progress of my £84 cashback to find it has been declined. I believe I have fulfilled all the requirements to qualify, so will be submitting a ticket. I will update this comment when I have some news. But in the meantime, do not count on getting any cashback from BT. As ever, cashback is a bonus and NOT guaranteed. DO NOT factor it into your purchase considerations with this merchant.

Signed up for new calls and broadband package and expected £84.00 cashback. Cashback declined as I already have a BT phone line (only pay line rental, don't pay for calls). The cashback simply states new calls and broadband customer which I am. This was not made clear in the terms and conditions and I feel cheated and duped into signing up for their service. Let this be a warning to others, don't be conned in this way. I will be letting BT know my feelings in a formal complaint.

this has been the worst ordering experience I have ever had. We made the order for Broadband phone and TV in September ( £110 cashback offered ) - immediately told there was going to be a delay in fulfilling it - 2 months later they said we were " stuck in their systems" and in order to get us connected they had to cancel the original order and make a new one - meanwhile they have declined my cashback because of the cancellation which was their doing. We now have broadband again and it is a good speed (thank goodness) I have submitted a claim against the declined cashback but I'm not hopeful. Not one aspect of the BT order has gone smoothly. If they didn't have the rugby rights we would be going back to sky like a shot.

My first order vanished. I had a confirmation email with dates and an order number.. I rang after a month of not hearing anything to be told my order for phone and broadband didn't exist! And they couldn't re-process with the included vouchers/cashback. Obviously, the cashback had been cancelled off too. So I re-ordered, I think they have the actual order this time (phone should switch tomorrow), but the cashback has been cancelled again!! So have had to file missing claim! 80 quid plus 100 in sainsbury's vouchers missing. Great. This is the first real problem I've had. So I blame BT.

BT is such a disappointment. It all seemed so attractive and the other players in the field do have their known deficiencies. BT twisted the cashback deal they offered me by denying the headline of their offer. They gave me bad pre-delivery advice when I contacted them about what was coming. They made me pay for delivery of a HomeHub I didn't need - not that that was up for discussion. Their excellent old engineers have been superseded by friendly but non-technical box fitters. The actual service works OK but nothing like as nicely as my previous O2 deal that had been passed on to Sky. Can't wait for my 18 months to be up and I'll be with someone else. Even Top Cashback, despite trying to help for a while, don't seem able to find the original material for the deal I purchased and have given up on my claim for shortfall. :(

BT have wriggled out of yet another TopCashback payment. I should have known better! I had two failed £202 cashback attempts in March which ended up with me cancelling my order with them because they wanted me (twice) to cancel my order as there was a 'problem' and then me sign up over the phone (no cashback!). I tried again for a modest £10 in August. This has been declined despite placing my order via the Topcashback link. It feels likes it's just a big con to get you to sign up.
