I am having the same issue as 'pawanmeel' - the £157.50 for Infinity + calls looks too good to be true and so it appears. When I click through Topcashback and follow the order process it only allows me to select basic broadband deals, even though I am already on a 40Mb fibre connection with another ISP. If I bypass TCB and go directly to the BT website I can order these fibre packages with no problems so it must be a website issue. Annoying and no solution from TCB or BT customer services as yet...

The infinity broadband and calls cashback link apparently does not work at all. BT has blocked it internally. When I go directly to BT, the infinity 2/fibre option is available for my house/phone etc. But if I go through topcashback, only unlimited broadband is available. Even if I select infinity 2 initially, it does not stay in the basket. It gets removed half way through the process and i am presented with an option to select unlimited broadband only. Either the cashback link is wrong on topcashback or BT is being clever.

Rubbish. Didn't track and then claimed I didn't apply through TCB. Nothing I can do. Typical big company. As soon as contract is up will immediately go elsewhere

Awful from start to finish. BT billed me for calls made on my line before they connected me and then refused to pay £150 cashback even though I had met all of their criteria. Please do not rely on this cashback as they simply do not pay without giving an explanation.

brilliant payout speed excellent service well within time stated, small fault on my landline since the took the service over and haven't as yet received Sainsburys voucher however those issues lie with BT. I must say once again TopCashBack have provided an excellent service

Originally tracked at £105 cash back as stated. Had Infinity installed on 11th June, and then about 2 weeks later the figure changed to £0 cash back, and BT have declined my cash back claim. Took a week to sort out my phone line, and then for an engineer to actually register the service as installed, to enable me to set up an e-mail account.

Followed what was exactly required, my order was tracked at the lower amount of £42. Few weeks later BT decides not to pay the £120 which was stated by declining my topcashback transaction altogether! It seems BT is a bit of a hit and miss when it comes to cash back be wary!

We bought our BT broadband through TCB, but unfortunately, a few days before our broadband was due to be installed, BT cancelled our entire order due to an unknown fault. Because our order was cancelled, and we had to reorder on the phone, we lost out on a substantial amount of cashback :( They suspected that the fault may have been caused by ordering through a cashback site, and ours wasn't the first issue :( Such a shame, because everyone else's seems to have worked fine! Not at all the fault of TCB though I don't think - but the BT service was terrible until I managed to somehow reach a UK call centre!

Update to my previous post, ordered 16th may, installed 4th June. Great product and working immediately. £50 sainsburys voucher received 20th June, cashback went from pending straight to payable today and withdrawn £80. Excellent experience.

Do not waste your time. On 28/8/13 I ordered BT Broadband via TopCashback and after months of chasing have today been refused the measly £10.10 cashback with NO explanation of why. That is because there is not any reason why I did not qualify for it. It is a classic case of false advertising to lure customers in with an offer of cashback that is not actually then paid out.

I ordered on 16th May, had to change my installation date so was not installed until 4th June. Great service from BT, all working fabulous the moment the broadband was installed. Cashback still showing as pending, we'll see. But received my £50 sainsburys voucher yesterday. Absolutely no hiccups so far and quick receipt of vouchers. If the cashback comes through too I shall be very happy indeed.

This is the worst service from any company ever. Its been down for days at a time and they are not interested and the indian helpdesk it just plain incompetent. Even logging a ticket is a challenge. dont expect any help if you are as stupid as me expecting that they have changed over the last few years. They are worse than ever. and even when it works the speed is half what I used to get before the supposed "upgrade to "upto 16MB".. last night was 1k per second. I kid you not dear reader, save yourself the grief.

Lodged missing cashback claim as advised in january following purchase. No movement on cashback and no sainsburys vouchers. Several nudges were responded to and top cashback tried but they are still declining to pay up after purchasing top package. Several contacts with bt myself re sainsburys vouchers and eventually got that last month but not the full amount on the promotion. Not the good deal I expected as the cashback would have offset the higher monthly payment. I will be transferring back as soon as I can. V disappointed.

Like a lot of other unlucky people I did not get the full cash back. Been waiting for the missing 'other 1/2 payment' for ages. I should have gone with someone else, it's not like I have anything amazing, oh no sorry I do, I have amazing bad customer service by BT. Still only signed up for a long time before I can escape……………...

Tracked incorrectly and then on opening a claim it tracked correctly. I rescheduled my appointment online. Then I got hounded by calls from BT. Then I get a comment on my claim saying the cashback has been declined with no reason provided. Not impressed

Placed my order for BT Infinity in February. It was delivered on time and installed ok. I was reminded by the BT engineer to apply for the Sainsbury voucher online at my BT login, which I did, and received it about 10 days later. However, the cashback does not seem to have been tracked and does not show on my account details, consequently I have not received it. I raised a customer care query with TopCashback but it seems to move far too slowly. It is now a month since I raised the issue and it has only just been sent to BT. I think Top Cashback should process queries like this a lot more quickly - the cashback deal was what drove me to the site and made me order the product, I don't want to have to wait months for it to be paid out. Cashback is what the site is all about so perhaps more effort should be directed to making sure users get their money more quickly. Re the product - it's very quick and makes a huge difference to internet use in the home but we experience a lot of dropped connections during use which we are trying to resolve.

Signed up to BT due to the cash back offer available at the time. Received the Sainsburys vouchers but cash back rejected and no valid reason given. Topcashback have tried to reclaim but 12 months have passed and we still have not heard anything. The whole ordering process with BT was a complete nightmare too-their customer service is non-existent and I spent hours on the phone trying to sort out the many problems I had. Would definitely NOT recommended BT!
