Placed order through tcb 56 days ago, switch to bt went smoothly and just got my cashback from tcb. The sainsburys vouchers promised within 30 days, have after 6 weeks failed to arrive. Something to think of when concidering switching to bt who are more expensive and charge lots of extras that are included with talktalk for free.

Some merchants do decide to offer vouchers as part of their sign up deal – these are normally available to both people who do and do not use our site. The cashback didn't initially track, so I had to raise a claim just to prove I had already made the purchase from BT. Once the claim got accepted, I received the cashback reasonably quickly, hence the 3 stars.

Ordered a sim only deal online. Got an email receipt and cashback displayed immediately in my account. When it had not arrived in five days I phoned BT to check to be told the order had failed would you like to order it now over the phone - obviously no cashback if ordered over the phone. Got cold feet as their website post code coverage checker puts me living in an area of A1 coverage 30 miles away which is not my post code so between faltering online processes and online tools that mislead I have decided to look elsewhere.

Just an update. After initially not tracking, today the transaction has tracked after raising missing claim. Things looking up a bit. Thanks TCB and BT for sorting tracking. Will update once payable.

I suppose to take 99.75 cashback, but I got only 84. I am plus member and topcashback didn't helped me at all.

Hi There, I am sorry your transaction didn’t track. The tracking statistics are based on tracked transactions rather than ones that need a claim lodging. Because BT delayed my install of fibre by 3 month they never paid me my cashback and i couldn't mae a claim through topcashback. Very poor from BT and top cashback in my opinion.

Hi there, I am sorry to hear your transaction was unsuccessful. You should be able to lodge a claim for this transaction as long as you have the correct click records. Therefore please submit a support ticket as our Customer Care Team will be more than happy to look into this further for you. All you have to do to lodge a support ticket is click on "Account" at the top right hand side of the screen, then "Customer Care" on the grey navigation bar and finally "Submit support ticket". Pretty terrible from start to finish. Had countless issues with BT regarding service activation which was scheduled for Feb 27. I had to spend hours on the phone and online over 2-3 weeks before it was resolved, and as a result my cashback claim was denied initially. I then had to lodge a claim and wait another 4-5 weeks before my claim was finally verified and paid some two months after installation. The payment of cashback and provision of services should not be this complicated and I have been left with a severely bitter taste in my mouth which even £120 cannot take away. Suffice to say I rue the day I ditched Sky to join BT and I eagerly anticipate the day 10 months from now when I move back to a provider that values its customers and provides an adequate and commensurate service. I would also question how exactly topcashback generates its statistics and the most positive reviews always seem to show at the the top of the review list, when in fact the most recent reviews tell a very different story. A one star rating does not represent satisfaction and I would take exception to such a rating being included in any customer satisfaction percentage.

We have placed two separate orders on two separate occasions, both declined - beware BT cashback maybe a scam - don't risk it - buy elsewhere.

Update on my previous review. Intial decline of my £103 cashback by BT in January. Raised a claim with Topcashback and received a couple of days ago claim successful but for £90. Queried this and full £103 added to my account and at payable status. Not the best experience but successful in the end.

I place an order online for BT Infinity + calls. Hoping to get a cashback for 80.80. Firstly TCB tracked it for 60.60. Following which I had to raise a claim which I am been adviced by TCB has been declined inspite of providing order number / VOL Number. I chased it up with BT to check what happened. They claim my initial order failed hence BT replaced my order on its own. Absolutely a scam. Why was I not informed about the failure of my order. I could have placed the order again online inspite of regenerating an order. Will avoid BT at all cost after my contract ends.

didn't track my order despite scrupulously following the process. A claim will not succeed because the order number begins with Z59 Z60 or SP4. Don't trust BT i will cancel my order

Did not track. Waiting 3 months before submitting claim. On first day after 3 months submitted claim but message says 75 days is max. Similarly scammed by Sky/TCB last year. Careful of these type of companies.

Placed an order on 2 January. They sent broadband extenders a few days later and the service was supposed to go live on 19 January, But after not receiving the router and the YouView box, I rang them up to find out that "due to a technical fault" they have "mistakenly" cancelled my order and they have to do it all over again. They finally connected me 10 days later. Although I was assured at the time that the mistake was theirs and not mine, and they will honour their promised cashback and Sainsbury's vouchers, today they finally declined my cashback claim, claiming the order was "cancelled" which is not true, as the service has been up and running for more than a month. I just feel that it was very convenient for them to "mistakenly" cancel my order and after reinstating it, decline the cashback claim. It has all the hallmarks of a dishonest company that should be avoided

cashback received but sainsburys gift voucher of £125 was not received, I have chased it by phone and they promised it me 4 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. I have emailed and they haven't got back to me. So if you are relying in the sainsburys voucher to make it a worthwhile deal then I wouldn't bother.

Ordered 17 Jan and order fulfilled by BT 17th Feb. Checked cashback and cashback declined. Have lodged a claim through top cashback but cashback on claim form would only let me select £90 when should be £103. Feeling cheated at this time.

Signed up for broadband and calls on 28th Nov. £159 cashback tracked instantly. Installation on 9th Jan as arranged then cashback DECLINED on 16th Jan. Put in support ticket straight away, then by surprise cashback became payable on 20th Jan. Received my £50 sainsburys voucher today. Cannot believe what a good I have had. Thanks to everybody concerned.
