I am sorry to hear your transaction was unsuccessful. You should be able to lodge a claim for this transaction as long as you have the correct click records. Therefore please submit a support ticket as our Customer Care Team will be more than happy to look into this further for you. All you have to do to lodge a support ticket is click on "Account" at the top right hand side of the screen, then "Customer Care" on the grey navigation bar and finally "Submit support ticket".
