BT refused to pay out, in spite of Top Cashback's valiant efforts. If less than a 'poor' or 'bad' response were possible through the rating system, then BT would receive no stars from me at all. I can, at least, refuse to recommend the company.

I ordered bt infinity 2 & tv. Promised £168 cash back & sainsburys card. DECLINED. What an absolute con, only people making money are topcash & bt they must have a good little earner going on between them, because they don't pay to the customer.

I did this order online and everything went smoothly. I received £267.50 in cashback, a brilliant rate and also received £150 Sainsburys voucher within a week of my broadband being setup. I would highly recommend BT.

Awful! I signed up to an 18 month contract with the promise of £160 cashback. The purchase tracked but never paid out. A claim was submitted to cashback but BT declined it and would not give a reason. DO NOT click through this unless you are willing to accept you may not get the cashback. I thought £160 was too good to be true and it was. I feel I have been let down by BT but also Topcashback for not pursuing the claim further. As a separate matter, BT's customer service has been poor, the engineer scratched my floor, I made a complaint over a month ago and despite several promises they still haven't got back to me.

The Hub and products were delivered a tad late BUT got a great cashback offer - better than everyone else! The technician who came to install everything was super friendly and the BT products themselves look very slick and modern and don't take up much room. The wifi is super fast too. I recommend!

Like many others, cashback tracked but then declined. I changed the engineer date, which might be part of it. Trying to chase a missing claim but don't hold out much hope.

cash back that was on offer did not materialise, and received a lower amount and the broadband is slower than expected and the broadband useage seems to be used up far quicker than talk talk package

Very dissapointed with both BT and TopCashBack for complete lack of cashback. Despite completing my purchase for BT Broadband almost 2 weeks ago I am STILL awaiting for the cashback to be even traced on my account. Will be cancelling both BT and TopCashBack accounts if this is not rectified soon!

Ordered new broadband/tv/phone package in August, payment tracked quickly however payment was then declined. Due to the engineer visit changing (as a result of BT) my order number was changed, I assume this was why my cashback got declined. I did however submit a missing cashback claim and indicated my original and 'new' order number. Waited a few weeks but in the end I did get my cashback. Received £230 early November, still waiting for Sainsbury's voucher, but can't complain too much. Great service from topcashback!

Ordered broadband and phone package on the Friday, full cashback of £105 tracked within 10 mins, went payable day after package went live and got my £75 Sainsburys voucher within 10 days. Very happy ??

I have now placed 3 orders online with BT for broadband. It should have activated last Wednesday but the order failed. I phoned BT and they promised me that they would monitor the order all I had to do was text to say when I had placed it and they would ensure that it went through ok. 2nd order should have activated today and surprise surprise the order has failed yet again. They cannot offer any explanation as to why it keeps failing. I have placed another order today - ever hopeful that this one will work. Think they just want the orders placed over the phone so they do not have to pay out cashback. ;(

after reading the previous comments about non payment i was a bit dibious and concerned i wouldnt receive my £150 cashback hence the reason for choosing BT with a competitive offer. broadband connected on the first of the month, no problems at all, easy set up with router, cashback confirmed and paid 2 days after first bill was paid, sainsburys voucher received 3 weeks after connection, brilliant service would recommend

successfully I've got two lines full TV BBC an phone + smart talk phone and bill this month over £200 and you declined it discusting BT should be ashamed advice to others DONT FALL FOR BT !!!

Placed an order 3 times, each one failed and the offers get lower every day. BT offered to call me back to fulfil the order but of course you lose the Top cash back. Not worth the effort and off course they have now credit checked me 3 times and that will raise alarms with other people.

Abysmal - had to raise a claim - waited 2 years & like many others my £75 cashback was declined with no reason given for refusing my claim (on the plus side I did get the Sainsbury voucher). Credit to TCB for their endeavours administering my claim. The fibre broadband & telephone service is reliable but my advice would be to disregard any cashback when doing the maths.

Fail. Didn't place the order for me, despite all details verified as correct during a 40 minute conversation, and despite verifying the details similarly last week, After various excuses - all of which were proven wrong during the conversation, they "kindly" offered to place a new order for me, for which of course I would have lost my cash back. If you want to be messed about, go for BT!

Transaction tracked at zero; submitted a claim which was rejected by BT for no reason. I am highly disappointed in this as I left a discounted Sky service to join BT as a new customer.

Very poor - ordered through TopCashback, never received the Sainsbury's voucher and just now been told that the cashback has been declined! Absolutely no reason for this as I've never been a BT customer before and processed this entire transaction through the TopCashback website.

I am having the same issue as 'pawanmeel' - the £157.50 for Infinity + calls looks too good to be true and so it appears. When I click through Topcashback and follow the order process it only allows me to select basic broadband deals, even though I am already on a 40Mb fibre connection with another ISP. If I bypass TCB and go directly to the BT website I can order these fibre packages with no problems so it must be a website issue. Annoying and no solution from TCB or BT customer services as yet...
