Was supposed to receive a Sainsbury's gift card but this was harder work than expected to claim and I still haven't received it.

I ordered the Broadband and calls package on 12 July - so far I have only received about £45 of the £84 cashback I was expecting. I've lodged a claim and it's currently with the merchant awaiting a review. Not sure what there is to review. I have claimed the £45 which they've stumped up - now waiting for the rest.

poor service so far, beware, my order or phone, Broadband and TV, mysteriously turned out to only be only phone and BB (even though I have an email confirmation to show all 3), hence I've yet to receive my Cashback, now challenging for it! this is now 2 months since I played my order, yet to get BT TV as its still not on order, have to wait another week. Customer service also poor, been promised a call several times, but never get a call back. Been passed from one department to another on the phone.

Brilliant! Look out for the higher cashback dealss with BT. Ordered basic broadband and phone package on 11 July and have drawn BACS payment of £84 into my account today. Excellent result!

Ordered Sept 2012 & still awaiting £75 cashback - not hopeful. On a better note Sainsbury gift token received without problem & infinity speed & reliability is good.

The usual joke and waste of time on this site. Have wasted loads of time just trying to earn a measly £5 cashback by going via TopCashback and BT don't offer Infinity when using this service. Have had to go direct to the site where it then lets me order Infinity. Thanks for nothing.

It didn't track for me so I've had to submit a claim to TCB. Lets see if I get any cashback, I'll reply back in a few months with an update. I did however get £100 sainsburys vouchers which I used on diesel for my car.

The cashback tracked quickly but then was declined, I've put in a support ticket and I'm waiting for a response. However I was pleased to receive my £50 Sainsburys Gift Card today and we've had a really good service so far from BT and the broadband is very quick, so it's just the cashback I'm having trouble with

Bunch of crooks. They offered £80 cashback when I took up their broadband offer and only gave me £50. I have just had my claim for the extra £30 turned down. This is the old thieving BT not living up to their promises. Now stuck with them for 18 months. So much for giving them a 2nd chance. :(

all I can is WOWcha, perfect order, 80 casback, 99 pounds free fitting, 25 sainburys, 12 months half price, 56 pounds savings on line rental via one off.... and its just the old router as well as average broadband with some issues at peak times only but excellent BT support. these deals are no longer available so lucky one off deal.

BT's online ordering system says they'll give me a new phone number - but I want to keep my existing number! If I order by phone I can keep my number - but with no cashback! Result - a lot of wasted time - and stay with Sky!

After viewing many positive reviews about this cashback offer, I thought BT would be the perfect choice to get insalled in our new house. I was wrong! I ordered through the website and was expecting £120, £120 has been tracked within 2 days, but has now been declined without reason. I had BT installed two weeks ago, so not sure why they have declined and I am very dissapointed with having cashback declined without any reason. Happy with BT service though.

For some reason when you visit the bt website directly, they offer but deals than if you visit their site via topcash back. Very deceptive...!!
