Delivery to all my friends family has been very good and the flowers excellent, delivery to me twice have received substandard flowers but Bunches have sent replacements immediately no quibbling. I suspect it is the intermediary delivery service to my area that is not looking after the flowers. Bunches free chocs are also delicious.
I haven't got my cashback yet so can't comment on this aspect, I was able to use an online 10% discount code in addition to your cashback so that made it a better deal

Cashback tracked very quickly and became payable quickly too. Very impressed. Website was easy to use and the flowers delivered were of high quality. Would definately use again. Together with their 'posy points' that you earn towards future purchases plus a 10% discount, I think I had extremely good value for money.

Whilst I didn't recieve the cashback (to be fair it may have been that I also used a discount code) the feedback I got from the person I sent the flowers too more than made up for that. She told me the were the best flowers she'd ever recieved from me, and seeing as in the past Ive often sent flowers from Interflora, M&S and many of the other top sellers, often at 5x the cost I think they must have been outstanding. She and her sister have said they'll both use Bunches and I ceratinly will again

Have used this flower delivery service several times now and am impressed with their simple service - you can pick a date and the price is all inclusive so you know exactly what you are paying up front. People who have received them say the flowers are lovely and last a long time.
