Excellent customer service, flowers were delayed due to the postal service, a replacement was sent quickly even though the delay was not bunches fault. I wll be using bunches again and would happily recommend them.

Bought flowers for my aunt who lives out in the stix on 01/08/2011 at 23.55 p.m., they arrived 08 a.m.on 03/08/2011. Great value beautiful flowers and delivery second to none. I cant recommend bunches enough.

I've used Bunches Florist time and time again and have never had a problem with them. Anyone I've sent a bouquet to has been really delighted with them. Excellent prices, flowers and little extras. Cashback always tracks really quickly too. I'd definitely recommend Bunches.

Great Value, but Bunches are usually very reliable, bouquet of 20 carnations I purchased for my daughter's graduation arrived a day earlier than I'd requested, which could have been tricky if I'd been out as there is nowhere safe to leave them and Post office depot is difficult to get too.
However;-She was delighted and they are opening beautifully, box of choc's included were delicious.
Used 10% discount code and flower points from previous purchases and still collected flower points from this purchase.
Wont comment on cashback until its been paid.

My order didn't arrive so i called them, they asked if a card had been left which it hadn't, so they said the would send more by courier which also didn't arrive and it turns out both sets were sent to the wrong address. Customer service seemed good as they offered to compensate by way of upgrading the free chocolates to belgian chocolate which didn't happen. Suffice to say when they eventually did arrive they may aswell have been picked up from the market, no arrangement whatsoever just thrown in a box. I for one would not use bunches again, however cashback tracked quick.

Flowers ordered were poor in comparison with flowers ordered from previous sites. Very disappointed in purchase although cashback was very quick to show and quickly paid.

Bunches is my number one choice to send flowers, the site is easy to navigate,flowers arrive fast,you get a free box of chocs with your flowers,and posy points to give you discounts on your next order and cashback via TCB what more could a girl ask for.Never had any problems getting my cashback so i would certainly reccomend this site.Go on send someone you love a bunch of flowers,you know you want to.

Always tracks and becomes payable really quickly, and flowers always last ages. Only downside is no fixed delivery dates available but a small comprmise for an excellent service.

Very Fast! Was made payable within a couple of weeks! Bunches are also a great company, never had a bad bunch of flowers!! They were perfect as usual! I also used the 15% off voucher with success! I felt a bit cheap getting all this money off my mothers day flowers!!!!

I feel Bunches is a great company with good customer service and products. Unfortunately their deliveries (via Royal Mail & courier) often let them down, i.e. late deliveries/items just left on the doorstep! This has happened to me on a few occasions now.

Fantastic website. I have used it many times to send flowers to friends and family, before & after joining Topcashback. Overjoyed to see I can get cashback too. Comes through very quickly. I have also saved money with their posy points system. Flowers always in tip top condition and last a lot longer than other suppliers.
