Declined cashback because "another marketing channel was credited with sale". This is absolute rubbish as I went straight through Top cashback and used the promo code on site. It's a shame for Buy a Gift as I had seen a couple of experiences that I was going to purchase. This will now not be happening and I will take my business elsewhere. These companies who reject cashback with poor excuses need to realise the damage it does to their business. If they don't want to pay it, they shouldn't offer it in the first place.

They say that cashback was declined due to involvement with another cashback company.. This is absolute rubbish- just a way of getting out of paying!

Declined cashback because "Another marketing channel was credited with sale" and it seems Buy a Gift are doing this to people regularly. It's a real shame because that'll only start to put people off buying from them if they're going to keep rejecting cashback for false reasons.

Brought a buy a gift, paid came very quickly but whilst cashback tracked quickly they then declined the transaction saying not bought via topcashback which was not the case. stay clear of this one if you are taking cashback into account when making purchase.

And another decline for absolutely no reason. Can't understand why my first purchase tracked and paid but second and third have been declined with no reason? Appears this is a common experience - think TCB need to take them off the site if they're not going to honour cashback.

tracks fast, and declines just as fast i have now had it twice where the have declined cashback for nearly £7. and total successful payments £0, yes good products yes air priced but cashback well at least for me was non existent.

Had problems with the delivery of the product, especially when the "LOCAL" depot was 35 miles away with them wanting me to complete a 70 mile round trip for something I had paid delivery for. Then after sorting that, the cash back suddenly got declined for "no" reason. Won't be shopping with them again.

Not worth using Topcashback for. Get 12.5% back but not if you use a voucher code which they always have 20% off codes. Use a code and CB declines

Bought a 2 night hotel stay for price of one at a good price on 30th april 2013. No other voucher code used. Cash back tracked within minutes at £10 + . However noticed today under the declined cash back section that they have refused payment. Absolutely no reason why. Have submitted a missing cash back claim and am hoping for a positive outcome. If they do not pay up then I will demand that topcashback remove them from their site. Other retailers that have ripped me, and others off, in the past have been removed due to many complaints. It is false advertising if they offer cash back and then refuse to pay out. Do not put up with declined or untracked claims. Make a stand every time and ensure your consumer rights are protected and upheld. These non paying companies need reprimanding and weeding out. Not good enough.
