	First purchase had no problem with cashback, but second and third purchases have been declined for no apparent reason. Extremely disappointing.

	tracks fast, and declines just as fast i have now had it twice where the have declined cashback for nearly £7. and total successful payments £0, yes good products yes air priced but cashback well at least for me was non existent.

	Had problems with the delivery of the product, especially when the "LOCAL" depot was 35 miles away with them wanting me to complete a 70 mile round trip for something I had paid delivery for. Then after sorting that, the cash back suddenly got declined for "no" reason. Won't be shopping with them again.

	Not worth using Topcashback for. Get 12.5% back but not if you use a voucher code which they always have 20% off codes. Use a code and CB declines

	Bought a 2 night hotel stay for price of one at a good price on 30th april 2013. No other voucher code used. Cash back tracked within minutes at £10 + . However noticed today under the declined cash back section that they have refused payment. Absolutely no reason why. Have submitted a missing cash back claim and am hoping for a positive outcome. If they do not pay up then I will demand that topcashback remove them from their site. Other retailers that have ripped me, and others off, in the past have been removed due to many complaints. It is false advertising if they offer cash back and then refuse to pay out. Do not put up with declined or untracked claims. Make a stand every time and ensure your consumer rights are protected and upheld. These non paying companies need reprimanding and weeding out. Not good enough.

	Rejected cashback after using a discount code listed on their own website. Contacted both Buyagift and Topcashback and both blamed the other. Buyagift state they are not responsible and it's Topcashback and vice versa. Neither offered any help so that's £30 quid of cashback gone. Won't shop with Buyagift again and not greatly impressed with the runaround given my Topcashback either.

	Like many I had a quick tracking from Buy a Gift but it very quickly reverted to zero....twice! I wanted to buy from them but if you think you can get cashback too its a bonus. I will probably order from them again but not via here. Dont know why they even offer it if it never goes through!

	TopCashBack you know I'm a long term loyal member, however, I think you really need to look into Buy A Gift. Always tracks very quickly, and then reverts to £0.00 and never paid out. Never. I don't think this company should be allowed as it leaves a sour taste in your mouth and I don't like to see this linked to your good name. I WOULD AVOID EVERYONE...

	Came back as 0.00, lodging a claim, nowhere does it say if you use one of there own promotional codes will you be refused. Avoid this site if u plan on getting cashback.

	Both my husband and I have placed orders expecting cashback, and we used the £5 off £25 spend discount code endorsed by topcashback. The transaction tracks correctly and fast, but the following day becomes payable at £0 meaning they have declined it. I can only assume this is due to the discount code used as we have previously had no problem. Please be aware of this when placing orders.
