	I have bought from these through TCB twice now - each time I have to lodge as a missing claim. Cashback amounts are usually big for this type of purchase too, Buy A Gift pay up in the end but it takes a while and you have to make sure you lodge a missing claim. Keep an eye on them, dont bank on the cashback tracking automatically.

	2nd time I have bought from Buy-a-Gift and this is now the 2nd time my purchased tracked quickly and then reverted to zero. I have to claims ongoing now with them and not too impressed.

	Very disappointed that discount code states 29% off everything but it was not reedemable against the product i wanted to purchase....after an hour of searching through the site. If everything doesn't mean everything please be specific Buy-a-Gift team, i shan't be rushing to use you again!

	After a week of waiting only half of my order has arrived with just excuses from buyagift about the other half. Plus, I'm experiencing a similar problem to binliner: my cashback has reverted to zero after tracking in at nearly a fiver!It seems Buyagift are a bit reticent about paying cashback as well as their evouchers! But they should state this in their terms & conditions...

	I have used Buyagift twice through top cashback now and on both occasions the cashback showed very quickly obviously showing that they are aware of the link to topcashback but then within 24hrs buyagift change the cashback amount to zero in both cases i now have two on going claims with buyagift and if this is not resumed will not be using them through cashback again. Why would Buyagift be on here if they are not willing to pay out any cashback!!!

	First time I have used this retailer - they had an excellent promo offer on using a voucher code, hence my decision to purchase from them, however, my cashback has tracked at £0.00 at present. I have submitted a claim to TCB and based on my previous experience of submitting claims, I am hopeful this will be resolved!

	My cashback initially tracked then disappeared I have appealed so hopefully it will get sorted. Otherwise I am delighted with my products, arrived very quickly and well packaged fingers crossed the experiences are as good as I imagine them to be :)

	The hamper I ordered came very quickly and is in a nice presentation box. Although it was the smallest hamper they do, it will make a very nice gift.

	Last weekend BUYAGIFT had a special cashback rate so I bought separate gifts on both the Saturday and the Sunday. Both tracked very quickly and at the higher rate. But today both are showing as zero. However I have confidence in TCB resolving from the comments below.
