Terrible experience just waste of money lodged claim just said sorry for the outcome retailer not recognised as referrer. I did everything in the terms and conditions don't go near them with your money.

I played on 28 FEB, it is now 25 SEP. It tracked quickly at 0.00 and nothing since. I opened a ticket in JUNE and still nothing despite several nudges. However other friends of mine have said they received theirs with no problem. So its just luck I guess.

I have been waiting 6 months now for the correct cash back. Currently waiting for the other £30 from the £40 cash back (If you deposit and play £10) offer that was on the time.
Doubt I'll hear anything from them for months so beware that they may try and cheat you.

Failed to track, put in a claim and they refused saying I had been referred and gave a username I'd never heard of. Complete rubbish as I clicked through directly from TCB and its still showing in my click through list! What a shame supposedly reputable companies feel the need to do this. Avoid!

Deposited and played £10, as per terms. Won several pounds back, which I replayed and subsequently lost. £0.05 remaining balance. Caesers downgraded £10 cashback to £0 which is now confirmed - hence, no cashback. Not sure why, I followed the terms exactly.
The design and play of the site was actually very good, but the bingo payouts were AWFUL. Most games had jackpots of £3-5 on a 10p ticket, and 30-50 players per room. Buy the max, and you'd end up paying more than was on offer. Compare this to other sites were the jackpot was £4,000 and you can see why very few earn their money back!

Failed to track & 2 months later wouldn't pay out cashback after a manual claim despite conditions being met. Only bad experience of a retailer in my experience of 3 years + on TCB. Really not worth the risk.
