	They do not payout I bought through carphone warehouse because of this cashback. Payment was declined. I raised a concern about it and they have come back saying the purchase was "cancelled, returned or refunded" ....I'm typing on that phone now!!!!

	They don’t pay out Didn’t pay out. Originally said it was because my claim was “on ice” and would be paid automatically after 30 days. Needless to say, it wasn’t. Messaged again and they decided they couldn’t trace the transaction and I wouldn’t be paid. Offer the cashback to get your business, then lie and won’t pay out. Not a trustworthy company to deal with.

	Refused to pay out Followed all steps, click was logged. Purchased a Contract phone but was told my Transaction wasn't found. Bunch of fraudsters. TopCashBack need to read these reviews and investigate as it's leading a lot of unhappy people. It's only £50 in my case but it's the principle. TopCashBack and CarPhone have lost my business.

	£60 cashback tracked lower then paid out right amount.. All good! Cashback for phone and contract, initially tracked lower so was confusing and didnt make sense as to why it did it for so long. But paid out the right amount within 3 months. So happy with that.

	No problems Bought two Pixel 8a phones in May, cashback was just paid out in July. £50 x 2 paid out without issue at all.

	Failed to track £70 wasted! Cashback failed to track, despite having a log of my click through on this website. Raised a ticket, but after several months had a message saying it had been declined. Avoid if your decision is based on cashback.

	Didn’t automatically track I had to get in touch in order to get the cashback. After it initially went on ice for a month, after this time I got the cashback quite quickly.

	Seems a bit of a scam! If you look at the latest reviews it's highly unlikely you'll get any cashback from Carphone Warehouse. My cashback tracked straight away, but was for the wrong amount. £20 showing as pending should've been £50, so I logged a claim. After a month TopCashback submitted the claim to Carphone who then decided to reject all of it stating they're now unable to trace the order. How can it initially show as pending but then they state they can't trace the order? Not much more TopCashback can do except tell me to get in touch with the Customer Service Team at Carphone. Seems a waste of time to do that so I've taken it on the chin I won't get anything. Reading the latest reviews this seems to be a commom theme with Carphone Warehouse so I'm a bit surprised TopCashback hasn't removed them from their list of retailers.

	Recent reviews tell the story Cashback didn't track, and after review apparently the “transaction cannot be traced”. Very suspicious considering the plethora of recent one star reviews.

	AVOID: WILL NOT PAY Had claim rejected with following comment: The network has advised either the order was cancelled or we haven’t been seen as the reason this order was placed, usually this means another marketing channel was credited with the sale. Per other comments, Carphone Warehouse simply don't pay.....TopCashabck should take them of their site....when I challenged them I got the usual you shouldn't make a purchase expecting cashback.

	Didn't track Didn't track, submitted a claim and saw my visit was registered minutes before completed the payment so logically I followed the deal link and completed the payment a few minutes later after inputting my info. The claim has been denied as TCB weren't seen as the reason behind the sale. I would have gone to another retailer if I knew this would happen

	No Cashback As others have said, Carphone Warehouse does not track, then when a claim is put in they refuse it by claiming that either the order was cancelled or the order was placed using a different channel, ie, not clicked through TopCashback. I did everything correctly, turned off my adblocker, cleared cookies and history, clicked through Topcashback to their site, started a brand new order, nothing already in the basket etc. I even used a different device to make the order than the one I'd been using to browse. Carphone Warehouse are deliberately and maliciously not honouring their advertised cashback. They are running a scam. I'm not going to see the promised £65, and in fact it was never going to be sent to me. If you look at all the newest reviews on here you can see this is being done to lots of people, and potentially, everyone. Avoid like the plague.

	Cashback Declined After 4 Months, Not Happy Cashback never tracked. Raised a claim and waited 4 months only to be told my claim has been declined. The reason given was the purchase was made through another channel or I’d cancelled my contract. Purchase was made through Topcashback and I haven’t cancelled my contract, what a cop out. I won’t be using Carphone Warehouse ever again, bunch of scammers

	Extremely dissatisfied I purchased an iPhone 13 monthly contract and went through to Carphone Warehouse from the Top Cashback website. Firstly it didn't track and then I had to wait 6 months for a response to my claim, only for them to come back and say that either the order was cancelled or that I went through a different marketing channel to purchase it. I never cancelled the order, my iPhone 13 from Carphone Warehouse is right in front of me as I type this and I only went through Top Cashback to purchase it, not a different channel. Having waited 6 months as well I feel this is an unacceptable response.
