	AVOID: WILL NOT PAY Had claim rejected with following comment: The network has advised either the order was cancelled or we haven’t been seen as the reason this order was placed, usually this means another marketing channel was credited with the sale. Per other comments, Carphone Warehouse simply don't pay.....TopCashabck should take them of their site....when I challenged them I got the usual you shouldn't make a purchase expecting cashback.

	Didn't track Didn't track, submitted a claim and saw my visit was registered minutes before completed the payment so logically I followed the deal link and completed the payment a few minutes later after inputting my info. The claim has been denied as TCB weren't seen as the reason behind the sale. I would have gone to another retailer if I knew this would happen

	No Cashback As others have said, Carphone Warehouse does not track, then when a claim is put in they refuse it by claiming that either the order was cancelled or the order was placed using a different channel, ie, not clicked through TopCashback. I did everything correctly, turned off my adblocker, cleared cookies and history, clicked through Topcashback to their site, started a brand new order, nothing already in the basket etc. I even used a different device to make the order than the one I'd been using to browse. Carphone Warehouse are deliberately and maliciously not honouring their advertised cashback. They are running a scam. I'm not going to see the promised £65, and in fact it was never going to be sent to me. If you look at all the newest reviews on here you can see this is being done to lots of people, and potentially, everyone. Avoid like the plague.

	Cashback Declined After 4 Months, Not Happy Cashback never tracked. Raised a claim and waited 4 months only to be told my claim has been declined. The reason given was the purchase was made through another channel or I’d cancelled my contract. Purchase was made through Topcashback and I haven’t cancelled my contract, what a cop out. I won’t be using Carphone Warehouse ever again, bunch of scammers

	Extremely dissatisfied I purchased an iPhone 13 monthly contract and went through to Carphone Warehouse from the Top Cashback website. Firstly it didn't track and then I had to wait 6 months for a response to my claim, only for them to come back and say that either the order was cancelled or that I went through a different marketing channel to purchase it. I never cancelled the order, my iPhone 13 from Carphone Warehouse is right in front of me as I type this and I only went through Top Cashback to purchase it, not a different channel. Having waited 6 months as well I feel this is an unacceptable response.

	Absolutely shocking Would give 0 stars if I could!!!!!! Bought my phone through them specifically as they were offering £70 cashback on new contracts. After 6 months disputing this they have 'hard declined' and said I haven't gone through topcashback as the retailer. Absolute scam merchants and I have taken this to the ombudsman as it seems this is not the first time they have done this!

	Like many others, cashback declined Purchase completed correctly through TCB. Had to chase as didn't track back in June when order placed and have this week been told that it has been declined as there is no proof I have the contract with Carphone warehouse. Avoid!! Clearly trying to lure people in with nice cashback deals that they have no intention of honouring!

	Order didn’t track, rejected valid claim As the title suggests, I placed an order in December for a Google Pixel Pro, cashback was advertised as £70. I went directly through Carphone Warehouse after going in through TopCashback, selected the phone, the data package and checked out in one go without leaving or changing the page. Claim was submitted but they have outright said no, because they claim the order was either cancelled or that TopCashback wasn’t the reason I placed the order. I was offered £70 to buy a new phone via the website and I went directly through TopCashback to place the order, of course they were the reason I placed the order. TopCashback also showed the time of entering their website before I placed the order. Avoid!

	Incredibly poor service - no cashback after 9 months! My order was placed correctly via TopCashback and Carphone Warehouse only. After 9 months of chasing for a resolution on the cashback I was owed, I receive a "hard decline" reply from TopCashback, simply stating that the order was either cancelled or some other error caused TopCashback not to be listed as the referrer which I find to be very convenient. Do not expect your cashback to track "correctly", as conveniently it won't, even after several months. Incredibly poor communication and dishonest service. I will certainly think twice before ordering anything via Carphone Warehouse or TopCashback based on this experience as the order was placed correctly and in good faith.

	Don't rely on the cashback Unlikely to pay-out. Usually followed by some non sensical excuse why the retailer hasn't honoured cashback. Be nice if they had to prove or could identify a real reason for not paying (which they can't)

	A Year Long Wait for a Frustrating Cashback Dispute - Missing £50! In December 2022, I was enticed by an attractive offer from Carphone Warehouse for the Honor 70, promising a cashback of £85. After completing my purchase on the 21st, I was surprised to find that I received only £35 of the promised cashback. Believing in the system, I promptly filed a claim to secure the missing £50. Fast forward over a year to February 2024, and the resolution I received was nothing short of bewildering. The final stance on their end was that my "transaction cannot be traced." This outcome is perplexing and frustrating, especially since they had already processed a partial cashback for the same transaction. How can a transaction be partially recognized for cashback but later deemed untraceable? The entire ordeal has been a test of patience, stretching over a year only to culminate in an unsatisfactory and illogical conclusion. This experience has significantly tarnished my view of Carphone Warehouse. Their slow and incongruent handling of cashback claims not only undermines trust but also highlights a lack of customer service competence. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before engaging with Carphone Warehouse for promotions or cashback offers. The risk of encountering similar administrative paradoxes and enduring a lengthy, fruitless resolution process is too high. Absolutely atrocious customer service - I will not be using this company again.

	Cashback not honoured inspite of going through TCB to Carphone warehouse I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra on 24 Feb 2023 through TopCashBack - Carphone Warehouse promotion. I was owed £120 cashback for this transaction. After continuous follow-up for 8 months, Carphone Warehouse declined my cashback stating that my transaction wasn't tracked as the last click for the sale. I have enough proof from TCB clicks and order placement time. The merchant was cheating. This is totally not acceptable. Why would I make a mistake in a transaction where I am due a cashback of £120. I took every precaution to ensure that I had placed the order by originating from Topcashback. This is really a big fraud and Topcashback couldn't do anything about it. Buyer beware in dealing with this vendor if you are expecting a big cashback. I will never buy from this merchant nor use Topcashback in the future if my issue is not resolved. I wish there was a zero rating.
