Of 16 orders I placed with WOW HD over the last 4 months I,ve had to cancel half because of delays of over 2 months in the DVD's being available, this despite WOW advertising them as available in 7 to 10 days. I'm still waiting for two others after 7 weeks. You will also notice WOW has been unable to publish a single possitive feedback since January 2013.Unless the item is available for immediate despatch, stear clear of WOW.

ordered a dvd box set on the 15th august.despatched 23rd august arrived on the 9th september from HONG KONG .almost 4 weeks to wait for an item .am i being fussy or is 4 weeks to long to wait.would not mind if informed of it being sent from hong kong

Ordered items for Christmas and they were delivered fine. I have experienced the same cahsback issues though. The amount turned to zero and then the response from customer services here wasn't brilliant and now my support ticket has disappeared!! I'll be avoiding WOW HD from now on, I suggest you do the same.

Ordered some ancient films on DVD for my elderly mother for Christmas present. I was pleased to find they were still available through Wow and they were delivered a little after Christmas. Slightly disappointing timewise but I thought my mother would be pleased. Nearly 2 months later she has not watched the films(which she requested) because she can't remember how her DVD player works ! Cashback quoted as "0" but in view of other comments here I will not chase.

BEWARE - 4 weeks to deliver and then a £47 customs charge. The UK site avoids telling you that there will be an additional VAT charge plus clearance fee to be paid. In the terms and conditions it says: As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you may want to contact your local customs office for further information before making a purchase on WOW HD.

I had claimed cashback on 2 purchases which were then reduced to zero. I am now past 100 days. Maybe they should mention you only get cashback on your first purchase or need a minimum order value.

No reason why the cashback ammount suddenly went to zero. Also that I have up to 100 days from the date of purchase to make a claim,103 days ago! So can't even claim.

Stay away from WOW HD, as others also mentioned, had to pay over 30€ for customs, ordered at dutch site and delivery in holland...... no one mentioned this would ever pop up. Deliver took 2 month !!! after chasing 3 times. First remark was, I should go looking at local customs??? Basicly I do not care were the product come from, I percieved the shop was in holland..... One time, never again.....

I placed an order on 18 Nov and got an email confirmed product shipped on 19 Nov, but I did not receive product till 29 Nov. Upon delivery, postman collected Euro19 from me and when I looked at the invoice, it mentioned shipping location was from HONG KONG. I asked for an explanation and customer service replied that they shipped from other locations because it was out of stock. The point is I ordered from their NL website and would expect fast delivery and more important, NO IMPORT DUTY! Customer service did not inform me regarding out of stock situation and change of shipping point. They said they won't know where their products would be shipping from. It would be my last time ordering from this guy ! BEWARE : product may ship from other locations and import duty incurred.

I will tell you as honest as i can about this retailer. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. I pre-ordered Assassins Creed 3 with WOW HD as their pricing for this game was a little cheaper than Amazon plus i had a £10 voucher too. That was 3 weeks ago. I had to chase the order up and was told that more stocks would be in on the 9th of November and i would get a delivery confirmation once it was dispatched. It was the 13th before the delivery confirmation was sent and i received the game today (16th) Upon receiving the envelope from the postman, the first thing to hit mas that it was dispatched from Hong Kong. This is a UK retailer bear in mind. The second thing to grab my attention was when i opened the envelope. No security sealed wrapping around the games case. The third thing was that the case itself had lots of surface scratches and marks all over it. So much more than i would have expected, and have experienced in the past with other games i have purchased new. And finally, the fourth thing. The disc has some surface scratches in one place around the outer edge of the disc. It is in one small area but leads me to believe that this game may have been used, or possibly copied, prior to getting to me. All i can say to anyone reading this review is please. For the love of god. Do NOT spend your money here. If you do you may well end up having a much longer than expected wait and you just can never tell what condition your purchase may arrive in. Also, when purchasing software, you have virtually NO RIGHTS as a consumer once the security seal has been broken on the packaging so for instances in my case, you may have a major fight to get your money back. It may also be of note to you to be aware that this company, who you buy your products from and spend your money with, may send you something from overseas that YOU could still end up being liable to pay import duty on. This is no joke. It even states it on their website if you look hard enough but they don't point this o

Be careful! They sent sometimes from Hong Kong, that means you have to pay for the tax en customs! They refuse to give you a refund for this!I live in The Netherlands, for the James Bond Bluray 50th Anniversary Blu-ray Collection I had to pay €28.88 extra! You never know before from with location they sent the order to you!

Dreadful company. Take your money immediately then you find they cannot get the items and you have to hassle them for a refund. No apology or goodwill gesture. AVOID!

I totally agree with ROBDOLPHIN66 TCB needs to look at themselves, its alright saying we get back 100% cashback for our members but in the real world its about 40% if your lucky.
