**AVOID** - They'll take your money & you'll receive an email to say order processed HOWEVER less than 10mins later you'll receive an email to say your order is delayed indefinitely. This goes on with new releases, sale items, DVDs, CDs and games.
The company was taken over 18mths ago and ever since then it has been a shambles. New releases take up to 6wks after release date to arrice to which they blame their suppliers. Play.com for example send new releases to arrive on or before the offical release date.
I have not ordered from them due to a shambles 18mths ago where I waited 8wks for a DVD. I ordered a blu-ray disc in their sale yesterday and surprise surprise I got a 'delay' email.
