Can be a bit hit and miss with tracking cashback and as most purchases are for only one CD or DVD at a time, there's no ability to put in a claim as the amounts aren't big enough.

Still not tracked after 4 months and countless nudges. They keep sending me money off vouchers but I'm not tempted till I see my cashback atleast pending. Put in a large order in early december well before xmas and the delivery time was terrible. But reading the comments I'm in a minority!
