This is a review of not only the retailer and their customer service, but the products and TopCashback too.
The retailer offers some of the best prices and fastest shipping I have come across when buying mountain bikes or mountain bike gear. I purchased a Nukeproof Mega AM mountain bike from them recently and I received the bike within 5 working days. Best purchase I have ever made, and the first time I have bought a bike online, rather than from a shop.
For smaller items, I've ordered them mid to late afternoon and received them the following morning. The speed is incredible!
As for the customer service, it is faultless. The day after I placed my order, CRC offered a 10% discount on all orders. I was gutted because I had missed it, so I tweeted them about it. Within minutes they got in touch and as a gesture of goodwill, took the 10% off my bike order. (thanks to the customer service team members Virginia and Madonna for that ;))
If you want anything mountain biking related, go straight to CRC.
