Purchase was tracked from order, I validated my purchase, after 3 months or so it was declined without justification. Now that I have my policy, I can not access my policy online, I have several online authorsiation codes, and none of them work. I hope I do not need to claim as I scared that their competency will be severely tested.

Took out a car insurance policy 12.07.13 did not track? so opened a claim,it was on ice for 90 days and submitted to Churchills affiliate network/representative management agency in Novembet 2013 a number of nudges were sent to the Topcashback team and they did keep me up to date with the claims progress.February 2015 notified that cashback had been allocated to my account,checked 02/06/15 and it was 'payable.Cannot praise The Topcashback team enough but Churchill need to get their act together with regards to their cashback payments as to dealing with them again regards car insurance i do'nt think so.

Transaction showing as confirmed but still not payable, but hey its only been 7 months since i purchased the motor insurance in full! Have you tracked my cashback, oh yes, is it confirmed, oh yes, is it payable, oh no!!!

I took out a pet ins. policy Feb. 2014 and after months of trying to get my cashback I gave up on it. Then because my policy had payed out £3000 for my dogs elbow operation I decided to carry it on with them and hey presto amazingly my £30 popped up on my account as payable ! So maybe you gotta wait a whole year !

Absolutely terrible. I've just has a declined payment for no reason and I am fighting for last years too of £75,75! Do NOT use this merchant unless you are prepared to waste time chasing the payment.

Like everyone else on here reviewing Churchill's cash back, I too have had mine declined for no reason. Very, very poor show!! Don't waste your time with this merchant. Definitely wouldn't buy again from them on principal.

No cashback. Waste of time. Claim was submitted automatically by TopCashback tracking, cashback was pending for 22 weeks and then it eventually gets declined. No reason for this as new customer, no voucher code used etc. I realise that you shouldn't base the purchase price on any possible cashback (thankfully I didn't as it was still one of the cheapest, although not THE cheapest) but companies should honour their advertised rate of cashback if it was all submitted correctly as the cashback on offer was certainly an attraction. Probably won't use Churchill next year based on this experience. "Ohhh no".

Purchased policy September 2014 - claim launched October 2014 - Declined for no reason In December when i queried how much longer my claim would take TCB helpful? response we are waiting for the merchants response - Now January - 4 months to find out why declined (even though I am meticulous in adhering to their t's and c's !) Poor show from Churchill and TCB

I should have learned my lesson after last years cashback (£50) never tracked. Tried again this year and exactly the same result - cashback (£35) never tracked and tcb don't seem to be able to do anything to help - all I've ever got on the cashback claim page is "waiting for merchant". I've sent loads of nudges but would probably have more success nudging a brick wall! I can't comment on Churchill regarding the actual insurance, as I have not had to make a claim, but if you're hoping for cashback from them - forget it.

Absolute rubbish! I won't be buying a policy from Churchill again. Cashback tracked but was declined for no reason whatsoever. This is the first time I have ever had this happen but after seeing the other comments it seems this is common with this Insurer.
