Very disappointed with Churchill - there is obviously a problem with their systems. I purchased Home insurance with them in October which tracked as it should had done for cashback - but then tracked twice! One of the trackings was quickly declined as it was obviously in error. But the other tracked as it should have done, I entered the policy details as requested the moment I had them and waited the allotted time of over 3 months. Only for the claim to be declined without explanation at all! I can't see what I could have done differently and suspect that Churchill either have a problem with their systems or are refusing cashback. I won't be using Churchill in the future with TopCashback unless this is resolved quickly and I suggest everyone else avoids them as well.

Rip-off - Just like all the other people recently, my £30.30 cashback has also been declined . I have put in a claim with Topcashback, but don't hold out much hope - look at the reviews all 1 star This company shouldn't be allowed to advertise on here if they do this, I see they have a special offer on again that no one will probably receive. Perhaps you should put in big letters Earn a fantastic £30.30 cashback when you buy Car Insurance with Churchill! (But You Won't Get It - Ha Ha You Mug !)

Put simply I would not recommend Churchill Insurance to anyone, When I was quoted and paid for my policy there was an offer on the merchants website stating that you get a free hotel stay with every purchase, guess what? didn't happen. I figured well at least i got £20 cashback, guess what they declined my claim. No reason for it that I can see, I read the T's & C's and haven't got a clue why they have declined it.I won't be purchsing a churchill policy in the future. if yiu choose to do so, don't expect anything from them. ;-(

For whatever reason my cashback claim didn't track and after 7 months and much feet dragging by both TopCashBack and Churchill the end result is:- "I''m afraid that the merchant has taken the decision to decline your submission on this occasion. The reason that has been supplied for this in helping to clarify states that your ''Transaction cannot be traced''. This does suggest that the merchant has been unable to locate your queried transaction based upon the information that you have provided as your main order number for this, but more likely they have been able to locate your sale - but they cannot prove that this has been the result of a TopCashBack referral." Why has it taken 7 months to get this information? I honestly don't what further information I could have provided? They've been given the date and time of the transaction made via TopCashBack together with the resulting Churchill insurance policy number from that transaction but apparently that's still not enough for them. To me it suggests there's either something wrong with their system or In common with the ethos of most insurance companies these days they are simply avoiding paying the claim. This is not an isolated incident read the other reviews all telling the same story. In my opinion Churchill should be removed from the TopCashBack website and as a result of this are one company I will never do business with again. Buyer beware!

Where do I start!! WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND GET CASHBACK ELSEWHERE!! My father is 75 years of age, my mother 72 with emphysema and other chronic illnesses and they have fighting a losing battle with Churchill/ Prudential (UK Insurance) for over 17 years, all for a subsidence claim of £7000 plus removals and accommodation costs. My father has written documentation via the DPA which shows large scale anomalies and untruths made by this company. Even when they are presented with the facts Churchill shun their responsibilities. I understand this is just one case study and I'm sure their are plenty of both positive and negative reviews, but from a personal perspective, PLEASE WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY and get cash back elsewhere as they are destroying our family!!!

This will be straighforward. I used the cashback link as with other merchants. Never been refused a cashback before. I read the terms surrounding this cashback offer and followed the necessary to get cashback. Stated 21 weeks to get cashback. I have now had my cashback refused by Churchill . What looked like a nice little cashback deal has now resulted in nothing. Word to others , dont expect a payment from these guys it probably wont happen. Dissapointed topcashback member !!

As many other customers, I went through topcashback only to have my cash back declined by Churchill. When you are using the cash back as an incentive or to make the quote less than what you have been quoted by another insurer, having it declined is a big kick in the teeth after waiting 2 months. If they are not going to honor the cash back then they should not be on here.

After having my claim sat there on processing for a year, it has now been declined - going through process of trying to fine out why this was declined but it seems to be taking time!... I won't be using Churchill again, from my experience they offer decent cashback offers but then take this away from you once they have your custom.

Like previous reviewer, purchase of car insurance straightforward - that was in April 2013. The transaction tracked but, almost 18 months later, still waiting for my cashback. To add insult to injury, Churchill tried to add a massive increase to my premium at renewal time this year (even though my circumstances had not changed) and at a time when the news was full of car insurance premiums falling! Top Cashback seem to be pretty ineffective at getting Churchill to respond to anything they ask and so the wait goes on. Switched to Hastings car insurance got a much better deal and my cashback. Suggest everyone else does the same.

The process of buying insurance was straightforward enough and the cashback offered was attractive. However, I bought the insurance in September 2013.....and am still waiting for cashback Sept 2014. I'm not sure it's coming now...
