Clark's is the top dog when it comes to shoes and it's website offer a great range. There are frequent offers and reductions available. Delivery is fast and usually free or you have have the item delivered to your nearest shop for free. Cashback is good and has been processed quickly.

Whilst Clarks is a good website the 3% cashback for order & collect in store service is not being given to the customer! My transactions have tracked at £0.20 but have not been increased to 3% once confirmed. I've got to submit several enquiries now. I've submitted other enquiries and still not heard back from them. Poor service Clarks!

Tracked quickly at 20p and went trough to payable at 20p the cashback was not uplifted - always had great service from topcashback but I shall avoid Clarks. poor 1/10!

Excellent service. Goods came within 3 days of ordering. Cashback showed up within hours. Free delivery and returns. Also could return to local shop if unsuitable. However well pleased with the shoes ordered and they won't be returned!
