Recently had 2 seperate orders with Clarks - shoes arrived quickly, very well packaged, usual high quality goods. But neither order tracked and had to put manual claims in with TCB. Hopefully TCB will sort this out (they always have so far)

Didn't need to contact customer services and have not received my goods yet so can't comment. Site very good - easy to use - just a shame you can't collect them from a store - maybe it's because they are in the sale! My first time using the Clarks site and will certainly use it again.

Cashback always seems to track as 20p per order placed and purchased and have to request any sum above this - took 2 months to reach "pending" status on 2 items purchased and still awaiting resolution of 1 claim re a purchase made 27 April 2010.

Clarks- another classic British company where we were all fitted for our school shoes. Trusted and quality products. Shoes arrived just before they said they would and for free. As described and well packaged. Just wish that the cashback was less miserly. Come on Clarks!

1st order only tracked and paid 20p which is supposed to be the initial tracking amount - my most recent tracked initially at 20p but updated once I had picked up order and paid for it (unlike the 1st) - so 50-50 for me - my 1st order was worth more though but only got 20p, didnt submit enquiry in this case so perhaps my fault.
