Used in store.. Over earger sales assisitant processed my order and cancelled the click and collect. so make sure you keep your receipts to check should you have a question on payments .. Tracked ok regardless

I bought my HP Photosmart Premium C309 using 'click & reserve'
It was simple, quick and 30 minutes later I picked up this printer.

Comet have decided not to pay out the 3% reward on a deilvery order. I would not really worry about this as amounts can vary but this was ontop of an awful service where I had to make many calls to their call centre and they refused to admit mistakes having had my order deleted, followed by my delivery being missed, then my product turning up damaged.
The 3% bonus would have gone some way to compensate for their issues, but their customer service team appear to have no powers to actually help the customers.
