Tracked within 24 hours and picked up the product from Comet using their reserve and collect, ace. So far so good. Tried the same process with Currys in October 2009 and still waiting for the cashback to track. Guess where I am going next time !!!

I purchase a nicky clarke Hairdryer with diffuser. This service was a click and collect and pay in store. The website was easy to use. The shop assistants were excellent possibly because I collected on a sunday morning and it was quiet in the shop. The cashback registered quickly and soon paid the full amount. I found this service excellent and would use again.

Didnt pay the cashback and the item we bought was faulty. Had a battle to get them to admit it was faulty, "engineer" they sent was useless. Will never use again I'm afraid.
