Absolutely appalling service. They cancelled my order by "mistake" without speaking to me first, then failed to deliver on three separate occasions, even had the cheek to confirm in writing that an order was coming one day when it wasn't even in the post! Customer service was nonexistant and an employee refused to give me contact details on who to complain to. 4 months later and I'm still not happy with the retailer but we've reached the "end of the road". A very bad experience that I wouldn't wish repeated.

it is good produce and price, but just the free delivery is terrible. it never shows up for the set time and need to re-arrange again and again

Cashback processed at good/reasonable rate.
Delivery service was somewhat lacking. Person on phone said they'd be able to deliver despite restricted access and they'd have 4 people there. Good point was courtesy call to say they were on their way. Unfortunately only 2 people turned up to delliver and refused to do so (quite politely/understandably) due to restricted access

Staff are rude and unhelpful. The £370 TV we bought was faulty from the start, on trying to return we were asked "do you have authority to return the set". I wouldnt use again, I'd head for currys.

Used the order online and collect service and Comet reported this correctly and then changed it to £0.00 for no reason! Used the TCB enquiry service and after a lot of nudges Comet are now reporting the cashback correctly - still waiting payout however.

Very good service. Would buy from Comet everytime over the huge Dixons and Currys. I would never shop in Dixons again after the bad service I've had in there.
