I am not a fan of Comet because of previous poor customer service. On this occasion, however, everything went smoothly. I chose the reserve and collect service to avoid paying the delivery charge. I went to my local store, paid for it and collected it.
My problem this time was with the printer rather than the retailer. Despite being a wireless printer, it does not work wirelessly. I suppose I could return it as faulty - but it seemed too much hassle, when it still works when wired.
