30 minutes after ordering via Topcashback I collected my purchase in-store. The transaction was recorded very quickly (unlike at least 3 other retailers I've used via this website).
Overall, the system worked perfectly on this occassion.

Best price in Jan sales and another £10 off obtained via discount code listed and cashback tracked and confirmed very quickly. Only problem was delivery was with Parcelforce and 4 working days later than promised which was probably partly due to the bad weather. Comet customer service never called back as they promised to when delivery was chased which was disappointing. However it all turned out OK.

Ordering was easy, but the collection could have been better.
Ordered on the collect from store option on a Sunday night and was e-mailed immediately to say we have your order and it will be saved for you until closing time on Monday, Very good.
Went to collect it on Monday morning and it was not even put to one side, we had to go looking round the shop, there were only two left, if i had gone later they might have already been sold.
Not a big problem, will definitely use Comet again.

Two purchases tracked no problem, a further one has been under enquiry since October 2009, STILL waiting for Retailer to respond.
So I would assume that although smooth transactions can be had, when it does go wrong they take far too long to respond. For this reason I won't be chancing Comet for larger transactions unless the price is significantly lower than other retailers with cashback.
