I ordered a camara through topcashback from Comet store. I found the camara I wanted through the site and saved a substanial amount, the camara was waiting for me at the payment counter at the Comet store. I was in and out within minutes, excellent service both from the store and Topcashback.

Nothing but problems with this store this time. Sent wrong Router twice and then when they came to collect thewrong one wanted to also collect 3 other items I had bought that were fine. They refunded me too much money and which I then had to pay back. Computer stopped working after 2 days and I was sent to a store to collect replacement only to find there were none in stock. Ended up paying an extra £80 to upgrade to another model as there were no more due in for months. Promised a £50 gift card as an apology, but it never arrived. Disappointed as I have spent £1500 in the last few months with Comet.

Product wasn't delivered on time despite paying for an AM delivery. Once it arrived it was OK & the delivery guys were apologetic although I'd have been more impressed if they'd phoned to tell me they were going to be late rather than me having to do so. Cashback tracked OK so hopefully it'll be paid.

Reserve and collect didn't work for me as they were out of stock and I needed to purchase as it was to replace an item that broke the day before. Customer service was fine and got another model & make but said the reserve and collect didn't run too smoothly
