Cashback tracked very quickly, no problems. Reserve on-line and collect and pay in-store very easy. Shame the level of service and staff attitude when you go to collect doesn't support the front-end. My wife went to collect and vowed never to set foot in the store again.

tracked straight away. Very impressed with service overall from comet. My washing machine "died" on tuesday night. I ordered a new one on wednesday, and it has been delivered today (thurs). old one took away, new one installed. cant recommend them enough.

My experience with Comet was excellent - I went the order online but collect and pay in store so wasn't sure how the cash back would work but it has without me having to chase. I would reccomend using this retailer.

brought a camara through Comet for a christmas pressie in November. Failed to show, i put in a claim and topcashback confirmed that i did infact visit them on the given date. STILL waiting for comet to aknowlwdge my claim.5 Months!!!!!
