There has been a recent change in the way this merchant will be reporting transactions. They will initially track at 0.00 and then when the merchant validates the transactions, these should be uplifted to indicate the correct cashback value for your transaction – typically this will be the Confirmed stage. These changes are now affecting our previous pending transactions, so our members will see their pending transactions with a value, changed to show 0.00 at the pending stage. Should your transaction reach the confirmed stage and has not uplifted , when the transaction is still valid, then please send us an enquiry ticket from within your account so we can try to advise you further. 	Rubbish, recently had quotes for car & house insurance as both came up for renewal at once. Both tracked initially, but soon were cancelled & changed to zero. BIG CON!

	Rubbish! I got 3 quotes as your allowed and earned £1.50 cashback, all looked ok and tracked and then then took away £1 from my pending.

	Not impressed. I clicked through to get a car quote for the car Im planning on purchasing end of March. Got good quotes and have saved to use. However although the 50p cashback tracked, its now come up as 0 ! I only clicked through once and have not requested any further quotes from them - so am within the 3 allowable, there is no reason at all for them not to pay this, I was going to use them to buy the insurance when I get the car, but now Im going via Go Compare instead. Only 50p so not major issue, but on principal its annoying to have it declined for absolutely no reason at all.

	After checking the options on various comparison sites I actually stayed with my existing insurer. However I still got the cashback and reassured myself that I was not being overcharged. Can't be bad!
