Bought an item from their shop! We had our delivery two weeks later and the box that arrived was empty!! Sellotape up to the hilt! Clearly was opened, stolen, and retaped up! We contacted Coolshop for an immediate replacement or money back and they replied with 'under investigation, please don't send us any more emails as this can disrupt the progress'!! How about you just return our money or we go to court!!

Coolshop told me that my 300£ package was delivered to a neighbour, the pacADGE HAD BEEN LOST FOR 3 MOnTHS with no redress, they did not even need to get a signature from who was supposed to have taken it 3 moths the pacadge was by chance found which was just left on a wall outside the building for any passer by on the pavement to take , Coolshop had nothing for me saying it was delivered t and washing their hands of any problems, theier postal ways do not even call for a signature on delivery for a 300 £ item this is unacceptable
