Credit Expert make it very clear that payment will be taken on almost every page you see. Its good that they are this transparent, its a shame you have to ring to cancel, but at least its Freephone!
Credit report was enlightening!

Farsical.
I applied on behalf of someone else some time ago and accessed their report (with their permission) but using my credit card and email.
Tried to access my own because my identity had been cloned and was rejected despite my letters of complaint. Now they say I'm already registered. Think these are the same as the rest of the financial services industry - totally incompetent.

Easy to earn and cashback showing the next day. Can be tricky to get through to Experian on the number provided to cancel the trial membership (If you don't do this they will take payment from you every month!), and they will not cancel with an email request.

Did not track but a manual claim with TCB soon sorted it.Didnt find the credit check very useful £7 made it worth it. Very easy to cancel before the 30 day free trial up.

Useful to see the Experian report as I had recently opened several bank accounts and obtained a new credit card so I was gratefull for the free trial. I found the report detailed and clear. Note - this is a report, not a credit rating (which was an optional extra that you pay for)! However, as my credit report is unlikely to change much in the near future, I didn't feel the need to pay for an on-going subscription. A condition of the free trial is that you provide Experian with your bank details but no money is taken until after the free trial and it was easy to cancel the agreement by 'phone before any payment was taken - just keep track of the date.
