I found the site easy to use and it also hi-lighted an account that I had cleared early Dec but was still showing as out-standing, subsequently I contacted the company straight away and it is all now sorted.

Ive still not recieved the cashback at its been over 6 weeks. But estimated to me in another 4 weeks. It was easy to cancel the fee trial period.
