DON'T FORGET TO CANCEL WELL IN ADVANCE IF YOU DON'T INTEND TO KEEP POLICY AS MONEY IS TAKEN OUT OF BANK WELL WITHIN THE MONTH AND THEY WON'T CANCEL VIA E MAIL, YOU HAVE TO RING.

can only be cancelled by phone during working hours unflexible on this when i was unable to get hold of them during these hours due to work and queues over lunch time they responded to emails with standard replies and ognored the point and the question, did eventually relent after quoting fsa regs to them in e.mail as a one off. cashback is very slow to confirm and for the £6.50 has been a real pain! fine is you don't work and can ring them up to spend time being coerced into keeping the service and paying for it.

I was a bit worried as my transaction hadn't tracked after a few weeks. However I completed the Enquiry Form on the site and all was sorted out in a few days. The staff at Credit Expert were also really nice when I called to cancel the subscription.
