I have been ripped off by CreditExpert and had hours of my time wasted trying to resolve this matter. CreditExpert are credit crunch opportunists. - Be very careful!
My transaction did not track - so I complained to tcb. It then took three weeks for it to appear in "pending", but at only £6.00 (not £6.50). I telephoned CreditExpert (Experian) a week before the end of my free trial in order to cancel. I was on hold for ages without anyone answering. So I emailed CreditExpert and communicated my cancellation in writing. Despite this, CreditExpert still debited £6.99 from my bank account! I have since emailed CreditExpert on three separate occasions asking for my £6.99 back. But still they have not paid me back. Therefore I have now reported Jim Hodgkins, the Managing Director of CreditExpert (Experian plc) to the Office of Fair Trading for investigation and to the Fraud Department at City of London Police - frauddesk@city-of-london.pnn.police.uk

Tracked after 2 days. Good service from Experian as my file had errors which they corrected within a week. Service levels were good and by 0800 telephone number. A good experience & well worthwhile.

Didn't track automatically for me so I had to raise a manual claim. Manual claim took 2 weeks to show as pending. The reports are worth a look if you're curious. Phoned yesterday to cancel my subscription before the end of the 30 day trial and didn't get too much grief from their customer service advisor.

Cashback tracked about 4 hours later. I checked my credit report and spotted some irregularities. I am contacing the banks involved and have also spoken to the Police. All in all its lucky I did this.
