The cashback was quick
The report weren't what I hoped and told me nothing but heck it was free.
well it was better than free so I can't moan really.
Also there abit vague on how to unsubscribe so look through the FAQs and you'll find it

Worthwhile registering for your free report (and free £6.50) which helps them check and update your credit file that others search - and so you can inform of errors. Remember to phone before 30 days or they'll continue your membership at £6.99 per month charged to the credit/debit card you listed (ie. I think this devious and in the "small print" they should not continue unless you specifically request/opt-in).

I found my credit report most useful as it wasn't as bad as I first thought and I identified an instance of identity fraud too - credit expert had online advice as to what to do which I followed straight away and the issue is now resolved! Very impressed....

free 30 day trial was simple and easy to set up, I was a bit dubious at first as it automatically sets up membership after the trial expires however the freephone number on the faq page has reassured me that I will not be charged after this period. very helpful and friendly on the phone. cashback reward was recognised the same day.
