Their plants are not the cheapest, but the quality of their stock is excellent. They're let down occasionally by the slipshod attitude of their courier. 12% cashback is great - always tracks and pays quickly.

Very slow to track in fact i had to open a ticket just to get the cashback acknowledged, then it took forever to complete. But the bamboo i ordeded was fab price and is really doing well in my garden.

From a cashback perspective - this worked fine. Tracked and Paid promptly.
From a company perspective I would not use them again as the order tooks over 1month, was delivered to the wrong address and the plants were well below standard.

They supply plants for some of the show gardens at Chelsea.

Easy ordering, delivered on time. Plants come well packaged in boxes with plastic sleeves to stop them drying out. Out of an order of £400, only disappointed with the size of an Acer. The rest were good quality and sizes as described on the site. Only problem is the cashback failed to track and waiting on the enquiry.

If you want quality plants this is where to go. Crocus supply large specimens unlike many online plant retailers who send out plants in tiny 9cm pots but still charge similar prices.

My cashback tracking of Crocus has been pretty poor. I got a Christmas tree from them last year, which I had to pay for on order, and it wasn't delivered until a few weeks later. My cashback never tracked for this order so I would advise keeping on top of them. At 10% on a £40 order, that was a lot of cashback to lose. Sadly for me, I had missed out on the deadline to submit a coupon.
This isn't the first time I have lost out on cashback from Crocus. I have got cashback for my last order from them though, which makes my tracking 2 out of 4 purchases. 50% is a poor success rate.

Had to submit manaul claim, which eventually came through. Crocus has good quality items though it is a little expensive. If you can buy them in the sale, then prices are competitive.
